This notice explains which personal data we process when you use this website, why we process it, how long we keep it and which rights you have. It is issued under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Contact form: your name, e-mail address, phone number and the message you write.
Automatically with every form submission: your IP address and the date and time of the submission. We use this only to detect and limit abuse of our forms.
Usage statistics: our website uses a self-hosted analytics service to count visits and page views. No data is shared with third-party advertising networks and no advertising profiles are built.
To answer your enquiry: we process your contact form data in order to respond to you and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Legal basis: KVKK Article 5/2, GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f).
To keep our forms secure: we process your IP address to prevent spam and automated abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, KVKK Article 5/2-f, GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
We use a technically necessary session cookie so that the website works and remembers your language selection. Details are set out in our Cookie Policy.
Contact form submissions are kept for up to three years after our last correspondence with you. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. IP addresses recorded with form submissions are kept for up to twelve months. Where a longer retention period is required by law, that period applies.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertising networks. Your data is accessible to our hosting provider and to the e-mail service that delivers contact form notifications to us, in each case only to the extent necessary to provide that service, and to public authorities where we are legally obliged to disclose it.
Your data is processed on servers operated by our hosting provider. Depending on where you are located, this may mean that your data is stored in another country. Any such transfer takes place so that we can answer your enquiry and operate this website, on the basis of the explicit consent you give when submitting the form.
Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about the processing, to learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, to request its erasure or destruction, to object to a result arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
If you are in the European Union you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under GDPR Articles 15 to 21, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Write to us at the e-mail address or postal address given in our Legal Notice. We will respond within thirty days at the latest under KVKK, and within one month under the GDPR.

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully you can lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (Kisisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu). Visitors in the European Union may also complain to the supervisory authority of their country of residence.
